What I just made for breakfast tomorrow.

Multi-Grain Bread
Stir together:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup cracked wheat
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon instant yeast
Combine, and add to dry ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
Mix very well, then knead until smooth and not too sticky. Allow to rest in an oiled bowl until doubled in bulk. Punch down and shape into two loaves. Allow to rise until doubled again and bake at about 350F or so until loaves sound hollow when tapped on the bottoms.
